Delicious Honey Garlic Chicken

I serve it over brown rice with Brassica oleracea italica for a perfect meal . There is supererogatory sauce to moisten over the rice , if you so care . Cook Time25 minutesTotal Time25 minutesIngredients2 pounds chicken breast , pound slender and geld into tenders1 Cup buttermilk1 1/2 loving cup Panko Bread crumbs1/4 teaspoon garlic pulverization or granules1 Tbs olive oilsalt and pepper to tasteFor the Sauce6 cloves of garlic1 1 inch slice of invigorated ginger3/4 cupful soy sauce1/2 cup water1/2 cup hoisin sauce2 Tbs honey1 Tbs white vinegar1/4 teaspoonful red pepper flakes ( you could add more if you wish it spicy , we do)InstructionsPreheat oven to 450 degrees . Lghtly grease broil pan . dowse the chicken in buttermilk ( I prep mine the day before and let it sit in the buttermilk overnight but half an hour will work ) . fuse the together the panko , olive vegetable oil , garlic powder , salt and pepper in a bowlful . dispatch chicken from buttermilk one at a time , get buttermilk drip off , press into panko mixture until well coat with puke . set the chicken on the baking weather sheet and bake for 10 minutes . plough each opus of chicken over and bake for another 10 min . While chicken bake prepare sauce , use a food for thought processor or I use my script concentration blender in a sauce pan to welt the sauce ingredients together . Simmer to meld flavors . When poulet is done , douse each piece into the sauce , return to bake pan and bake another 5 minute , countenance residuum for a second . Serve over rice or noodle if you prefer .
