Having dismantled my honest-to-god potting terrace to make elbow room in the greenhouse for the new heated propagation bench , I now have the opportunity to ramp up version 2 , in the shed this meter . The shed is a good size so I can go to town a routine and make a deluxe potting work bench . I have the Sir Henry Joseph Wood , I think , so once the property bench is finished , I can get cracking . But first , what does a well appoint pot bench need ? I ’ve searched it up , as # 3 child would say . Here is what the interweb has to tender .
A canonical one , but just for frame shape and building guide
Bit more fancy ! This one has plenty of storage underneath , and I specially like the idea of having a ABA transit number underneath with a hole in the worktop for comfortable sweepage . Same canonic shape idea .
love the shelves up top on this one . Looks like it might have double decker storehouse underneath which might be a good idea . It also looks quite high which would be safe , I get I was stoop over the old one .
This looks like it has atomic number 30 flat solid tacked onto it . That would make it leisurely to clean and looks pretty neat too . marvel how much zinc sheet is . The raise edges are good too , my old one had those , stops the potting mix skidding off the edges .
This front the business , has a bit of everything .
hide bin , lot of storage . The frame is fundamentally the same on all of them , simple enough to build I think .
Finally , this one is a mo more agricultural , probably a lot more like mine will end up ! Still , cover the fundamental principle , memory board , ledge . Plenty of room for pots and other all important propagation outfit .
If I was to corrupt one of the fancy ones , it would cost me hundred of Ezra Loomis Pound . I calculate I can build a big one with the feature I want for an outlay of £ 40 top .
