Sweet Corn Soup with Cilantro Salsa

An easy soup that can be made with a water base or by using a quick stock recipe. Green salsa is swirled into the soup before serving.

Soup:6 ear of corn1 Tbs . butter or corn oil1 small onion plant , slice thin1/2 cup grated waxy potato7 cups water supply or quick stock ( recipe follows)1 tsp . salt1/2 cupful pick or half - and - one-half ( optional)Cilantro salsa ( recipe follow )
